AMD V Intel CPU choice

Llano would be perfect for you, no doubt about that, and you are going to spend around the same doing it but end up with a better system
 
The i3 2100 every time, unless you want to try out amd's new llano cpu's, which may well be the better option since the onboard graphics are more powerful.
