Question is will Microsoft and Amazon cut their cloud computing prices? Some of the more powerful machines (Intel based) are quite expensive.
 
Well, Think that was pretty good for AMD in a business sense... the move into mobile is strong and much needed given intel's dominance there. Threadripper is impressive as a halo product and will clearly find its niche.

As a gamer, disappointed not to hear anything about higher end graphics.
 
So unless they increase the socket size again, 64 cores will be the max for a few years until the next real process shrink.
