AMD Working On Something “Crazy” For GDC

It wouldn't? You need to go back to bed and get out the right side or drop that chip that is on your shoulder. What a stinking attitude.

No it wouldn't be the first time you've lied on here by a long shot.

Read that back to yourself, absorb it, do something about it, tone it down and everyone would get on better in here.

Don't dish it out if you can't take some back.

Give it a rest. You are picking me up for whatever reason and even though I made a joke along with a few others, you decided to single me out. Look through your posting history over the last few weeks and it is nothing but a personal vendetta against me, which is cool as I can take it but it is quite sad that you dislike me that much because of my choice of video cards.

I am sure if AMD are working on something, it will be pretty cool and sorry if my joking offended you (that wasn't my intent) but if you carry on with this personal crap, I will have to start reporting. It isn't fair for others to have to keep reading this kind of crap.

Also. Prove where I have lied.

I do have to agree, it can be very tedious to have to read through a page full of completely off topic posts jut to be able to pick up the proper conversation. ( I am not for one minute saying that this thread has a page of off topic posts and I know it can be fun to have a good argument with others, Humbugs always up for a jolly argument and DM too except for when he is calling me stupid. ;))

Also. Prove where I have lied.

Careful Greg, asking others to prove what you've said can backfire on you big time.:)

5 days ago was the last time I responded to one of your quotes=don't flatter yourself, but more importantly, calling out (imo)BS without getting abusive isn't singling out.

I had a dig at ngreadia tech and now I'm singling you out simply because I don't take the word of OcUK's highest posting fanboy?

Mkay.

I copied and pasted what Wccftech had written up. Nothing unusual for an article to get things wrong but does give for some interesting bits and bobs. Take it or leave it. I seriously don't care :D

There was nothing wrong with you posting the link up Greg and I don't think they did get the information wrong.

Here is what I posted earlier, please do have a listen (it's only 2 minutes long) as it is pretty clear to in my oppinion.
Brad Wardel says they will be showing something at GDC, then it is the interviewer that says "I really wish we could go to GDC I think we may be going to E3 though, to which Brad replies we'll be there too.

Then brad says "AMD has something crazy their working on."

Well you can hear it for yourself with this trimmed 2 minute clip of just the relevant part of the original interview.

As you can hear it is just as the wccftech article and Greg posted and not as has been suggested, only at E3, and not AMD showing something off.

Yer, spot on and confirms what was said at wccftech. Cheers Bru :)

Pop round mine and see my 3 Titans in action on G-Sync and you will be in awe. Running very nicely for me now and very smooth in pretty much all games I play.

Those 3 titans, or even any multi gpu system with SFR based rendering will have far nicer performance. Gpu synchronisation based monitors will look and feel even smoother.

Things will be very interesting once Dx12 drops with mantle, in a built from the group up engine that takes advantage of the simpler rendering pathways and multicore functionality.

(Brad Wardell) We’ll be in the AMD booth, I can’t tell you the specifics but AMD has something crazy they’re working on.
When I look at hyperware or whether something is going to be successful I usually go was the idea in hindsight obvious ? and AMD is working on something that in hindsight will be like duh why didn’t we have this already ?

Mantle BM/ST, maybe spice it up with an added Mantle/DX12 Shoot Out on AMD's upcoming nuclear reactor?:eek::eek:

Could you confirm this AMDMatt?:p

Something crazy eh.... hmm, they have got Mantle in to a 4th game ?

June 2014 was the 4th Mantle enabled game.;)

Maybe it's this?
AMD’s 20nm Nolan APU Spotted in Update – The First 20nm APUs Coming Soon?

20nm is arguably one of a hotter (figure of speech!) processes out there so it was of substantial seductiveness to me that we speckled one of a rumored 20nm APUs ‘Nolan’ in a AIDA64 motorist update.

Driver updates are customarily a rarely authentic and arguable routine of presaging product existence and even attainment and a name popping adult in a motorist database means AMD competence be creation an proclamation flattering soon.

To those who competence not know a Nolan and Amur height is really special. It is not your normal height though AMD’s try to mangle into a low energy mobility honeyed mark that Intel Cherry Trail now targets. Using a 20nm routine will give a chip a most indispensable advantage that a 28nm chip could not have provided, however, Intel’s offerings are ofcourse during a 14nm node. AMD’s APU will implement HSA so theoretically, with a right developer ecosystem, a Nolan APU is an intensely clever contender.

Nolan is formed on a Puma+ design and will be substantially matching to a ARM reflection detached from a fact that it is x86 and not ARM. Both Nolan and Amur are slated to be constructed on a 20nm node and have a recover time stamp of Q3 2015.
