The revision BH-E4 simply means the chip is a Manchester core whereas revision BH-E6 is a Toledo one I think.

Last time I heard Toledos are used in high-end X2s and FX chips and are capable of higher clocks. All the golden steppings CCB1E / CCBBE...etc are all Toledo cores.
