AMD's quad-core 'Barcelona' coming in August

Must wait for a while to see how these work out. Personally i prefer to give my money to AMD for some reason i cant fathom

dont know why but i just like AMD chips more for some reason, although i bought intel based pc as my first setup.

Think AMD should give me a free Barcelona ES chips to test for them <---email in trust

Just hope they do turn out to be good, or at least on a par with Intel, keeps the competition interesting and *hopefully* keep prices tumbling for us, the consumer.

yeah we have absolutely what 2Ghz means with barcelona, for all you know it could floor a 3Ghz intel, nobody knows anywhere enough to really seriously comment on this, if you do you must clearly know more than the rest of the world, its good news overall since it shows AMD are getting back in the fight, so at least be happy about that
