I think there is a disproportionate amount of hot canadian actresses compared to hot american actresses. There's still plenty of hot americans, but not really 10 times the amount as the difference in population would suggest.

Elisha Cuthbert is Canadian. I would say Jessica Alba, but i think the only 'American' part of her is where she was born. She's practically the definition of mixed-race (Mexican, Danish and *drumroll* French-Canadian)
