An automatically updateable shared folder, and auto backup

Hi,

I was wondering if i make a network (workgroup) between two laptops can I:
- have a shared folder that automatically updates itself. For example the My Documents folder would be the exact same on both PCs. So if i saved a file on one PC in that folder it would automatically save in the other? But it would only be for that folder;

- Certain folders would back themselves up onto an external drive everyday.

Yup, just tell it to copy your outlook data folder as well.

You'll just need to setup outlook on the other computer the same, then copy over the data folder every time.
