Does egg yolk protein powder contain the same nutritional ingredients as an actual egg yolk?
I'm wanting to increase my intake of k2, but the supplements (tablets) don't agree with me. I was wondering if I was to get the egg yolk protein powder, would that have the k2 in? Or am I going to have to eat multiple eggs?
