An electric future of transport!?

There's a scheme in Corby and the scooters are just dumped on the pavements and verges all over the place, often miles from the centre.

It was grim enough there before.
Same as in Kettering, they are just left in the middle of a path usually. Probably 10% of user's are fairly responsible (even when on the path) but the rest have no regard for anyone but themselves.
 
The scooters, of any type, need a license too.

I'd do a practical test. Same for mobility scooters too.
