It was a left hand curve/bend with a right turn... the car did not need to indicate he was following the bend...
Look at the road signs... left hand bend ahead and the road markings bending to follow the road left...
Now you can all stop blaming the car driver and see it was just a numpty biker... they do exist on bikes as well as cars you know..
