An improvement?

Would this card:- ATI Radeon X700 ICEQII 128MB GDDR3
( from clearance stock) be an improvement over my 9800seAIW ?
Unfortunately my wife doesn't see that Graphics cards are worth spending money on so it's got to be a cheapie.

Yes although it is only about the equivalent of a 9800pro, if you can find a 6600gt in AGP(secondhand maybe) then it will be more of an improvement.

the 6600 GT will be a better option.
