the letter is a good read for the internet but it's far too long for a complaint letter. It took 2/3 of the way before you started to get to the point, there is far too much irrelevent information there. It's amusing but there are lots of bits to cut out.

I think it was due to it being 5 years ago, back when i was but a wee lad only just discovering the vices of girls and alcohol. It is true kids, alcohol makes you stupid

Interestingly enough, i am sitting on one of the siblings of the aforementioned evil chair, and whereas I have experienced no comprehensible user-buggery of any kind (bar the chairs ability to deflate 1 out of every 10 times i sit on it), the build quality is unquestionably suspect and I furthermore await the day it makes an attempt on my life.
