Analogue and Digital

I apologise if this has been posted already, but anyway: I have a portable television that only accepts digital signals. Is there any convertors I can buy to somehow get analog television on it?

Define "only accepts digital signals"? I've yet to see a digital TV that doesn't have an analogue tuner as well. Even so wouldn't it be better to just use digital, especially with the changeover coming, or am I missing something?

Might be for a VCR/Games console which has UHF analogue output...

Would you not be able to connect up via scart/composite video?
