(ANAND)How old is your primary GPU ?

Im still using a second hand HD7950 I bought three years ago on in members market. It runs every game I regularly play without a problem. I intended to upgrade to a 1070 but the silly prices put me off. I may go for a 1060 since even it would be 2 times the grunt .

r290 - about 2.5 years old I think as it's got the reference cooler. I got it as a B Grade off here for about £150 about a year and a half ago.

It's a bit long in the tooth, but even though I'd like to upgrade there's no cards in the current generation that are tempting me...

MSI Gaming 4G, cost me £282 on the 22nd September 2014, which of course really drives home the current pricing issues, with similar performance only being £40 or so cheaper, after 2 years.

To be fair you can get similar perf for £80 cheaper! Oh, wait, that's still not great :'(

OcUK GeForce GTX 980Ti "Reference Design" 6144MB GDDR5...11 months, will hit the year on the 10/08/2016. It cost me £499.99 with Metal Gear Solid back then.

This probably already is the longest length of time I've held a graphics card for a good while! Also now that I've bumped up my resolution to 1440p I feel like the purchase was more than justified. Can't see any issues with keeping this one in tow until next year now as there isn't a thing out there it can't handle right now.

290X only a year an a half old. Got it for a measly £240 from here. The deal was so good I even bought my sister one!

7950 4-5 years (can't recall).

I've since bought an ultrawide gsync monitor so will need something better v.soon. Can a 1060 realistically do 3440x1440 ;) ?

Just a over a year old - Gigabyte GTX 960 bought 6/7/15. No plans on upgrading, all the new cards are overpriced IMO.

Over 4 years now. This 7950 was a big step up from my previous 6850 and played everything I had just fine. Now with more recent games however I can feel it's reaching its limit. Will wait for the next flagship devices and hoping that will last me another 3+ years or so.
