Funny this, I'm having a very smilar issue with Yodel and Gap at the moment.
Gap provided me with a tracking number on the order, pop this in to Yodel which shows the parcel was delivered on Monday. I have nothing.
Roll on today (Tuesday) and my RM post man drops by with the usual junk mail and pushes it through the door and there's a Yodel delivery card within the trash. This card says "behind black bin". Great. There's nothing there, and even if there was it's been raining non stop for the past day. The card clearly states that a signature is required on delivery - they could even have just tried next door and got them to sign ffs.
Gap won't do anything until the estimated delivery day passes (Thursday), but it looks like someone has nicked my new jeans
