And so I have finally decided to get fit...

I have been doing the Kung Fu now for about 1year and have got to 2nd cup (Blue Sash) and have been at the gym for about a month. I seem to have lost about 1.5stone already but my diet and smoking is my weakness at the moment (why oh why does the work canteen have to keep assailing my nostrils with the glories of the bacon butty in a morning!).

I found just practising doing the sets properly over and over again was enough to keep me in shape for Kung Fu.
That and lots of sit ups and push ups, I've never bothed with a Gym.

I also used to look a right tool banging out combinations of punches and strikes over and over again, worked though.
When i used to work in a plastic factoryI used to practise all the time, at work, at football, i would be kicking the bales of bubble wrap around the warehouse, unleashing various combos of kicks and punches on them, but my favorite was i would jumping spinning kick or jumping back kick the big rolls of 1.5 meter wide double skinned bubble wrap, they used to stack them end on end in the warehouse and the challenge was to kick the top one off and leave the bottom one still standing.
You had to hit it really hard.

Cant be bothered with it now though.

appetite suppresant used to stimulate fat loss. used by people instead of ECA stacks (from what i gather)
exercise + good diet will do you more good.

I'd never mess with anything like that... other suppliments fine, you can't pull stuff out of thin air. you can pull nothing out of thin air though ;) but if you actually want to reach you're goals you shouldn't need something to stop you putting food in... ;)

Once your metabolism adjusts to your new diet your appitite will too. stick at it ;)

Thanks all. From what has been said here there is no overall clear direction other than keep doing what I am doing (as it seems to be working :) ), a good mix of heavy weights and cardio. I am certainly feeling better for it overall, but after a gym session the only feeling I get is that a nice soft duvet is my bestest friend...

I cant report on whether the Sida Cordifolia works or not just yet I have had it at dosage only once, I wouldnt ever rely on it alone in order to get my weight loss. For myself it does seem to slightly reduce appetite which is a nice help for me keeping my snacking down and also seems to give me a bit of an energy boost. Whether or not it is speeding my metabolism up and burning away my fat is a different matter, some will claim it works others will say its all psychosomatic. I reserve my judgement and know that I have had far worse things in my system than that stuff.

Currently at 5'11, 89Kg, and around 23%fat... whether your interested or not I will be updating my progress just dont expect it every week because I dont expect quick turnaround on this... :)
