What a waste!

Hardly a waste, it will be repaired. I'm guessing that pic was taken outside the bodyshop fixing it. Even if it wasn't, it's just a Ford, nothing to cry about ;)

Looks close if not a write off to my eyes, not sure the owner will be back in that anytime soon. If you have a quick car, not least a cheap quick car its odds determine its likely to get wrapped around something before long by someone.

Easy to repair ? the whole left side is gone, probably chassis damage as well.

yes, well then replace the side panel. I doubt it's bent much if at all, if it is then jig it. It's a brand new 25k car, might cost 5k to repair but the insurer will sign off on it right away.

Surely thats a write off though? Looks like the whole left side is wrecked. And I know its only a ford, but its a £25k ford haha

My money would be on the car being written off.

It'd never feel the same again, even if the repair work was exceptional the 'magic' would be gone.

Impossible to say based on that pic, but if it is (and I don't know this to be fact by the way) worth over £20k then you can do an awful lot of work to it before deciding it's uneconomical ro repair.
