Well I have 1x 8800GTX, have a 8600GT on the way which will be running the other monitor and my projector.

Well I tend to have at least one VMARE box running full screen, one native OS, the other one WMP or Media Center. Obviously if I fancy some Xbox fun I can just switch to the VGA input.
