Android/Apple app and game creation advice

Me and my friend are currently hammering out an idea for a free Android/Apple game and we are basically seeking any advice/websites that can help us?

We have an artist, a coder and a sound man so really we are just seeking some friendly advice from any body who has experience with this sort of thing.

If you're the coder.... maybe ditch the sound man and use some freely available stuff. Consider ditching the artist too and/or just contracting someone for the stuff you can't do.

If you're not the coder then, nothing to add really - good luck leeching off your friend.

Have schools broken up recently?!

Seems to be loads of threads where someone asks a question, doesn't get 100 pages of helpful and direct advice, then kicks off because they don't?

This is forum, when you make a thread, you are opening it up to people to give their opinion and pretty much say whatever the hell they want (within the rules).

Get over yourself.

Well, it's actually probably a fair lesson to learn not to ask about app-creation in GD when there's a coding forum just above it.
