Android: cannot get on market :/

How do I get past the ToS screen? It just says it's loading all the time....

The Market can be a little frustrating at times, make sure you have a working data connection. Wifi is best as you'll be downloading lots of apps when you get it working! Check that your data connection is working using the browser

any chance you have a @googlemail.com address? If so, the fix is to convert it to a @gmail.com
