Android contact back up

Last week sometime my phone was stolen

Orange are being pretty lax in getting me a replacement sim, but in the mean time I really need access to my contacts.

I'm pretty sure I used the android service to back them up, so I think I will be able to download them again on my replacement phone. Can I download them to my PC so I can make some phonecalls using the landline?
