As the title really. I'm after suggestions for a non touch screen phone for my mum. She's in her mid 70s and struggles with any kind of technology. She suffers from reynards syndrome which causes problems with her fingers not reacting to the touch sensitive screen.
She currently has an older HTC smartphone but it's going to have to go.

Ideally a replacement should be compatible with android, so she can have all of her contacts and what have you transfered easily. Large buttons and a long battery life as she is quite stressed by her current phone needing more regular charge; She won't leave it over night as she is convinced it will catch fire and burn the house down.

Any suggestions or ideas from the ocuk hive mind are gratefully appreciated.

You can try and download a basic launcher for her current Android phone. There are a couple of launchers for the elderly on the playstore that dumbs down the interface and puts in big chunky icons. Have a look at that
