Android Game - World War

I think..but not sure there are brackets of amount of allies you have which opens you up to a wider spread of people with a lot more allies.

So 1-3 can all attack each other, 4 - 8 ect etc. Not sure on numbers but being @ 9 still lets me attack people with 5 :p
 
The number of allies you have dictates how many of your units you can employ in battle. Each ally allows a further three units (I think). So there's no point owning a humongous army if you only have a couple of allies!

The allies brackets are 1-4, 5-9, 10-14 (not sure what they are above this). So best to have 4, 9 or 14 allies.

This is correct, but it is 6 units per ally both for attacking and defending (defensive buildings are in addition to this), so for me, only the best 24 units will be used in battle as I have 4 allies (myself and 3 others).
 
One tip to you guys, don't bother really with the missions. Just battle, it's all about having the best units for the amount of allies you have. Learnt this at level 11, oops.
 
Have to admit i've got bored of this game already and uninstalled it :p

There seems to be a lot of shortcuts to make easy money and become invincible which kind of killed the fun factor for me.

One guy confused me, he was lvl 13 with 15 allies and had only completed about 150 missions and won 125 battles which isn't a lot, yet he had over 200 of the +15 defense buildings which cost 500,000 each and 60 battleships at 500,000 each.

Anyway, back to robo defense :D
 
gave up with this. mainly because i lost about 3 million while they where doing 'maintenance' this afty. and partly because i need a big alliance to do any of the better missions.
 
I restarted and concentrated on building income. I'm levelling slowly but income is near million per hour and rising fast. I've found that having an alliance of 4 means I can pick on those with alliance of 1 and nobody larger can pick on me. Means I can boost my income through battles quite easily.
I levelled too fast and had a massive alliance too soon last time. Slow and steady this time.
