I have a Huawei P30 Pro. Lately when I get the little blue circle popping up next to an app on my home screen such as Facebook, Twitter, Ebay etc it doesn't then vanish once I've read all the notifications. The little blue dot stays there even if once you go into the app, you clear all notifications by reading through them.
The only way I can get them to disappear is to restart the phone. Any ideas? This has only just started happening so I'm guessing its been a recent update or something.
