Omg this is doing my head in.

2 questions. Phone is Galaxy note 1, latest OS.

1) How do i turn off update when connected to wifi on my android

2) Where can i turn on Auto spell correct on messages?
 
1) go into google play store, Hit the menu key and go to settings. The select auto update apps, and choose Do not update.

2) Go into settings, then under personal select language and input. Assuming you are using the default samsung one, tap the cog next to samsung keyboard and select predictive.

But i must say this isn't perfect and only suggests the word rather than correcting it, i personally use the google keyboard from the play store, it feels nicer to me and has a lot more custom options. it corrects the words and gives you options to add your own dictionary words with shortcuts and all that jazz.
