Got an invite for the beta the other day and I have to say it blows every other mobile slingplayer client out of the water. It's not as pretty as the iphone version but the speed at which it starts streaming is really impressive. Channel changes are almost instant (1-2 secs) on my Desire whereas as the iphone would take what seemed like an eternity! Going off the beta, I would say this nearly ready for release. Not seen any major bugs thus far. seems really stable.

cool, i thought it was some thing to connect up to media streamers but wasnt sure.
