Android Tablet For Skype, Up To £250

I'll be interested in this thread too as on the hunt for a tablet and will be using it for similiar things.

What size are you after? The ones that interest me is the new Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 which is about £199 for the 7" version, Sony Tablet S which is slightly bigger at 9.7" I think but costs 100 quid more, or just recently I've seen a refurb ipad2 direct from Apple at £259.

At the moment, i'm more drawn towards the Sony tablet.
 
I've found the sony at a rainforest place for £250 + a little postage, seems a nice device!

Tempted! Not sure if they are going to be receiving ice cream sandwich though.
 
I just ordered one of the cheapo ones at 99 quid which is running ICS and has 8 gigs from the forest site.

It's already dispatched yesterday so should have it this week.

I presume it will work with skype.
 
Sony have confirmed it will have the ICS update from what i've read.

Was that new for £250?
