Android users, how the hell do I get this theme?

The circular battery showing 90 in the home screen is Circular Battery Widget.

Across the top of the middle screen is the Simi Clock widget - which has three parts; clock, weather and battery which can be split up as well - so if you just want the circular battery widget, it's easy enough to do.

Ah yes, could be an option in simi clock.

As for the battery being a widget, no it's a part of simi clock just install it and find that out for yourself as it's free.

So, where do I start then? What do I do first? Root my phone... Search for a decent (any rec's? The simpler the better tbh.) ROM's?
