Angry birds question

Hey, i'm probably being a noob but I have the free Angry Birds game and am loving it on my HTC Desire HD. I've done the first 'set' of levels. How do I access the 2nd group of missions etc? They all have padlocks on and I assumed they'd unlock once i'd completed the first set.

You have scrolled right in the first set to reveal all levels in that set?

sorry to go off a bit off topic. but can you move from phoen to phone and still carry on from where you left. i was thinking of buying a new phone. got a hero at the moment and its getting old now
