Oh my.

I've never seen my wife laugh so much. Utter hysterics last night on episode 3. "Have you got a torch?".

 
Haven't got round to starting this yet but we watched most of the series Mandy, which was a bit hit and miss at times but overall quite funny and an easy watch.
 
Saw an episode of this (the one with the charity shop), had some funny moments and quite topical I guess with AI/technology.

Diane Morgan and Sue what’s her face are both excellent in it.
 
Mrs and eldest have binge-watched it the last couple of nights and they find it hilarious. I've been in the room at times and found the bits I've paid attention to quite funny.

Eldest keeps shouting 'Sue Sue Sue!' around the house. Mildly irritating and is definitely the new 'six - seven'.
 
When does it get funny? I just watched the first episode and cringed out on the second one and gave up. Not my cup of tea. I think it's a woman thing as the Mrs is enjoying it.
 
Also watched the first episode and could not see what the appeal is. Maybe gets better in later episodes, but not in a hurry to find out.
 
It's OK. Definitely not as good as Mandy but Sue Johnston is a British icon, she's great. I have it on in the background and it does give some laughs.. Could be worse could be better, it's alright.
 
I absolutely cannot stand Mrs Brown's boys, but I did enjoy Ann Droid. It's not as funny as Cunk, but I did find myself laughing quite a few times.
 
I've watched the first 2, and honestly just not finding it funny. It's very generic and worst of all taking Diane and giving her a role that means she can't actually do any acting is a strange decision.
 
Has anyone wondered why Diane Morgan seems to have no problem getting her stuff on telly?

As of 2017 Morgan lives in the Bloomsbury district of London with her boyfriend Ben Caudell, a BBC comedy producer and commissioning editor.
 
I mean it's a 30 min show, just try it and see if you like it not like you're having to commit to anything.
Watched the first episode, won't be a favourite but I like a couple of the people in it and easy viewing with some laughs whilst eating or whatnot so will watch again at some point probably.
 
It got a good sensible chuckle from me. Miles better than browns boys though. Can't see the comparison myself, that show is truly bottom of the barrel stuff.

Explains everything. I honestly believe she has been manufactured as an experiment to see whether repetitive, benign tedious humour has an audience. Seems a lot of women find her hilarious whilst most blokes just scratch their head at it all.
