Hmm.. is that 1.65v RAM? Not seen any evidence of degradation with 1.65v RAM but it might be better to knock it down to about 1.56v or so to be safe, if its 1.5v RAM then i'd do about 1.525v. Try a higher VTT at about 1.1v

Think I've finally fixed this problem incase any one is interested, just knocked the vcore voltage in bios up to 1.380V, and uninstalled the asrock tuner software.
 
Overclocking can produce that BSOD and typically its due to not enough vcore for the chip and a bump in voltage would resolve it.
