Annoying Firefox problem.

Recently i have been getting asked twice for my password when i am logging into my Hotmail and Yahoo email accounts. It also happens on these forums when i go to the for sale or wanted threads on here. Even when i have put my details in for the for sale thread then come back out and gone back in again it still asks for my username and password?? :confused:

This never used to happen and its now getting really annoying.

have you upgraded versions recently? this seems to be a common side effect. the fix is to remove all cookies manually and basically start again with site username/passwords.

Yeah i got the latest version, thanks marc will delete all me cookies etc tonight.

Right I know its been awhile but I tried deleting the cookies and history in the options and it still does the same thing. Where do i go in windows explorer to actually find all the cookies and history files?

You might want to download CCleaner, it is an excellent app and lets you delete IE internet files such as cookies as well as doing the same for Firefox. That would be a better option rather than nosing around in Windows looking for cookies etc.
