i presume you have asked your browser to remember the password, so delete from the browser or do what i do and add all your accounts into one Gmail account.

I use colour labels do show which account the email was sent, you can reply from any address as well.

To change the order you can normally clear all related cookies etc in your browser and then start by logging into the account you want to go into first and then log into the additional account via adding an account via the top right icon.

As for _Jimlad_'s comment, you might have no need to have more than one GMail account to log into but it doesn't mean that other people want to do it that way. Personally I keep my general GMail account and my Google Apps account completely separate as both of them have completely different label and rule requirements and different multi-inbox (via labs) view rules which change how things are displayed in each.
