Annoying IE problem

I really need to use Internet Explorer (doesn't work in IE tab etc) but whenever I enter a URL into IE (IE7RC2) a firefox window will just pop up with the link I entered. How do I stop this? Quick as possible please :)
 
(in firefox) Tools > Options and click check now and choose no. It should make IE the default browser and open it up in IE. You can then change it back to yes after you've finished.

Think thats what you want anyway :p

Didn't fix it but thanks for the help. I formatted recently and all is well. I'm really loving IE7 now :)
