annoying microsoft security essentials problem

the other day i downloaded a game demo(cryostasis).
the download completed to the desktop but didnt visualy appear.
now every time i run microsoft security essentials it stalls on the demo
thats not even there. please see pic

how do i delete something thats not there?

windows 7 HP 64bit.

Set it to show hidden and system protected files, it should show up..

Failing that, download Parted Magic iso and burn with IMGBurn http://partedmagic.com/doku.php?id=downloads

Then boot up in that, mount the hard drive and delete the file
