Annoying spyware

Can't get rid of this, i've been through every process running and can't find it anyway, i've run spybot, adaware, windows defender, smitfraudfix (not the latest version), cwshredder but nothing kills it.

I managed to grad a screen shot of the tray icon from his machine, it flashes from this to a warning triangle ever second or so and brings up a warning every now and then telling you that you're infected with spyware

Sounds familiar, it may be called winantispy or spyfalcon.

PC Tools Spyware Doctor will kill it iirc, but its only a 30 day free trial.
