Ah, just like this morning....
I think these things are great, you've just got to use them properly. Unfortunately some people don't understand this. It's like the "*******" thing. No matter how funny that may have been at the beginning, using it completely out of context and kicking the arse out of it ruined it.
This has probably been said a few times in this thread, but I don't care so I'm just going to say it again
:edit: I think this place could do with being a little more in tune with the lulz in general. By that I don't mean full of it, I mean in sync with it, used at the proper times it can be the funniest thing ever. Nowhere near as far as /b, more like BB forum's Misc. Chris1712 was saying this to me the other day and I think he's got a point.
Outside of naming competitiors we shouldnt even be entertaining the thought of banning anything that isnt directly offensive on a racial, sexual or religious nature.

I dislike the Jackie Chan mind blown pic for some reason or anything to do with Chuck Norris.
Don't just ban them, ban the poster, then destroy all records of their presence from the forum, then go to their house, set the dogs on them until they collapse then wrap them in bin liners filled with rocks and throw them in the nearest river, then hack into the government uber-computer and expunge all records of their existence.
