I think hes been there long enough to show he doesn't walk. He will retire at the end of a season, unless it's due to bad health, in which case wouldn't count in this poll, surely?

Hughes will go if they aren't winning something as well as performing in the league, but he could luck it out until after someone else goes.

Makes sense to me, not much pedigree as a top flight manager, bottom of the league and a new owner supposedly keen to open the purse strings in January. Right time to do it, get the new boss in and then he can identify suitable targets (although no doubt Grant will be involved somewhere along the line).
