Just reading reviews on this and it seems like a pretty good drive, not as fast in benchmarks as the some of the other drives, but, no noticable difference in real world use. It seems to have very consistent performance as well.

Seriously tempted by this now.
 
wow brings back memories I think I was 17 years old when I went into computer exchange store and spent £180 on a Plextor 4X DVD Writer, thinking this is it lol

Lovely drive, Ive seen the m4 512meg SSDs coming in around £300 is is good but frankly should be £20-30 cheaper still.

If you can get 240gig SSDs for £120-140 it kinda makes sense a 512meg single SSD should be £230-250 imo, otherwise people will just buy 2x240gigs cos its cheaper !

yeah, all done,

this goes way back, to when i accidentally had two shop accounts, and after i deleted one, i have been unable to link the other properly, it says successful, but obviously it wasn't.

I did have a thread in support open about it over a year ago, and i thought it had been fixed, but it looks like it's back lol
 
yup, back to 119.99 for me too, but that's still a pretty good price i think.

If they filled all the pre-orders then i think you could call that a successful advertisement campaign !
 
Ordered 4 M2Ss for a Raid0 setup based on this card.
I read this review and I was very satisfied. Great garbage collection, not the best sequesntial read/write, but decent enough for a Raid0. Better than M4 anyway. 4K read/writes are not important to me. The price? It`s a steal.
To bad they didn`t got them yet. It will be really nice if we can get them by Monday.
 
Any update on when we can expect these? If it's too much longer I'd like to know so I can cancel and order a samsung or m4 instead.
 
Just been to booking in, these are here. Arrived Friday afternoon late evening so unfortunately haven't shipped to anyone. These will ship today for you all who are waiting :)
