Every time I hear one of these stories I get angrier and angrier. I'm making a trip to England in july with 4 of my team mates, I sincerely hope we encounter large numbers of this vermin.

In all seriousness when parenting is so bad and you can't discipline your child and teachers have no powers and the law is toothless what do you expect?

Bring back the cane in school, the right for parents to discipline their child even if that involves the back of their hand and National Service and I bet 90+% of all these problems will go away.

Stop giving them the soft option. This behavior has nothing to do with their so called "deprived backgrounds" and lack of PlayStation 3's.
