Nice spec, nice motherboard (yes it can take all that, but its no good for Crossfire/SLI if you wanted to add a second GFX card?)

Nope

But then you can get a 650W PSU thats ample for that spec.

Lastly, i've never seen a review of that heatsink, but how about a cooler that has been tested and performs well?

Ill get that heat sink then, as I've tried to search for the Arctic cooling one and cant seem to find any reviews either while with the one you linked to there's a fair few
