Another day goes by, what have you achieved today?

Weather has been rubbish so stayed in doors mostly, had a driving lesson, bit of revision. Dull :(

Oh yeh watched the football, which was dull as well.

I tried to fix/find my faulty component on my 1 day old pc. GRR very stressful!

I had a **** day actually, but these days that's the exception, so I'll live.

Onwards and upwards.

Also I came home to my outlandishly large television that I bought yesterday, so that cheered me up.

Some University work, working out at the gym, having lunch with a mate, watching silent bob strike back and chilling.. how about the op...

Made a nice few quid today at the market, spent quite a bit of it at a restaurant with the wife, just got home now sitting on the porcelain thrown browsing the forum. A good Saturday IMO. What did you achieve (or not) to prompt this thread?

I washed the car and killed some people on Counter-Strike.

hahaha epic!!:D.

I cooked tasty spicy meal which included spicy mince, chikpeas and boiled rice for my family. I was really happy.

Oh yeah I also killed some people in cs source lol:p

But the weather has been terrible

I went on an expenses paid train to cambridge
I went to the cambridge branch of the shop I work in and sat and watched training dvds
I had a rather expensive expensies paid lunch
I went an observed competitors to our store in cambridge and got free coffee from them
I took an expenses paid train home.
All while earning my normal wage.

Not bad for 8 hour contracted weekend staff... we get treated far to well while our store is closed for refurbishment!

Went to kilt shop to get some sizes taken for a jacket, had a bet on the horses,
won some money, went for dinner with some family, walked the dog, currently watching
peep show on 4od. Didn't kill anyone though!

Watched the footy and lamented another awful Chelsea performance.
Spent 4 hours trying to change my cars headlight bulbs :(. Seriously the most cramped thing ever and my hands are shredded :(. Done now though, I have that fake HID chav bling now :D.
Finally got some GTK programming done for my final year project.

So, er... where do you work? I wouldn't mind a weekend job whilst at Uni.

I was bored a lot, a made some bread and cooked an awesome dinner (then posted a thread about it), then I watched some films.

Now I can't sleep so I'm going to have some beer.

As I've got next week off, I did overtime. I managed to do a full stock take, with a well below average number of discrepancies, in a really short amount of time. That should make my return to work in time for month end much less stressful.

I then went to see my good lady wife in hospital, where it seems that she should be home any day now. I arranged a day of boardgaming for Tuesday, and then I sat and watched the last three episodes of Band of Brothers.

All in all, productive :)

No word of a lie, this has been of the if the busiest days of my life today. I've...

Painted the Walls of my bedroom,
Been shopping for some new bedding
Went to a seperate shop for some pictures for my painted bedroom
Wall
Went food shopping at Tesco
Took a load of rubbish to the local recycling place
Bought lunch from the local chippy
Bought my new iPhone 4
Rearranged my bedroom
Went to the bank twice

Now I'm nackered and in bed surfing the net on my new iPhone.
