Returned an item to a seller on ebay who accepts returns, firstly he's carded and takes one week to pick up item from depot and then messages me moaning about a small tear in wrapping paper i used to cover the box the item is in and he'll see what he does now, it's quite comical to be honest, it just shows ebay that the item arrived to him with a small tear in wrapping paper, called ebay and they say i'll have to wait another week for them to refund me if he doesn't, what a joker this seller is.

ordered an item from amazon, item arrives and its not even close to the one i ordered.
message seller and 5 days later i get this message, "no entiendo por fafor en español"
i feel its going to be a downhill one all the way...

Well, if he has used it before returning it i'm not surprised the seller is unhappy!There is one at the end to be fair

Contact Amazon customer service. I had a problem with a marketplace seller last week and sent them a email. Within 15 minutes everything was sorted and the seller banned. I presume he must have done it before for them to ban him like that.
