Ok, they do spend on a lot of good things, but that's all they will tell you about. So much of it is wasted on other things that don't really benefit anyone.

Anywho, another suggestion is a RC hovercraft. They are great fun.

GHD Hair Straightners
Live gig / Festival Ticket
A Bike
Surround Sound
Musical Instrument and lessons
Go-Karting day
Take the whole family out for a meal
Clothes Shopping spree
A day at a health farm, have a facial and all that other stuff girls like being pampered with
Necklace

Matt-Page - I have plenty ;)

I already have GHDs, don't wear any jewelry other than the necklace DRZ got me for Christmas and a thumb ring, have RC helicopter and car, bike, done the whole instrument thing before.
DRZ can vouch for me having too many shoes already. ;)

See I'm a pain in the arse when it comes to presents. I'm seriously considering off-roading though, looks like fun. :)

Sod it then, spend the £100 taking me out for a meal, and i'll put your AA batteries and Rabbit to shame. I would ruin you for your birthday present.

If you already have a boyfriend / husband that's great, it gives me more of an incentive.

Do you like the White Stripes much at all?

They have (or are) releasing there last album on USB pens. The USB pens are kinda cool though as they are modelled on the appearance of the two band members (two different pens).

I'd say that would be good if you a fan at all. Think they are around 40quid each.

Or how about some t-shirts from Threadless? Personal favourite of mine. :D

That's a good one, could easily spend ~£50 there. Then £50 on something else.

*Is shocked* that was quite an outburst. My other half is a member of these forums.

I think i've decided to do some 4X4 off-roading. Anyone know of places other than Knockhill around Edinburgh/surrounding area?
