First off as this is my first post, Hello I've been lurking around for the last week and have learned a great deal theres so much info on this forum which for me a complete newbie to building computers a great help.

Anyway down to business after much research the parts I have chosen are as follows with the plan to overclock hopefully to around 4.4ghz.

Hi there and Welcome :)

Not too bad, but there are a few things I would suggest changing.

First - I would strongly recomend not going for that PSU and go for this one instead. Also, that PSU can support two graphics cards - so if you want the ability to add a second one in SLI in the future - then go for this slightly more expensive board or this slightly cheaper board (so long as you don't mind it being a micro-ATX size board).

I would suggest going for this full-size cooler.

I would go for this RAM.

Also, I can't suggest you go for a deathstar - so I would go for a Samsung F3 instead.

Question, who the bloody hell are KFA2? Where the hell did they come from?

I seem to recall a KFA being around years and years ago, and then a few months ago KFA2 pops up

Just realised I never replied to this thread, thanks everyone for your help with this unfortunately my build has just been put on hold as Im going away soon some place hot for 6 months so figured may as well wait until I get back as prices will most likely have dropped. Also I will have a much larger budget to play with so thinking I7 sandybridge setup instead with a much better graphics card :D
