I can't access any data whatsoever, I've tried Pandora Recovery but it shows the drive as greyed out and says "Device not ready"

I've managed to get it working enough to recover the data I needed.

Only took 2 failed CHKDSKS but then worked third time around, bit confused about that like.

count your lucky stars it wasnt a £699.99 in lab recovery
