Another karcher question

Hi,
Just forked out for the Karcher K7 pressure washer and after ironing out a few kinks I thought it was working perfectly with high water pressure. That was until I tried to use the patio surface racer.
It just is very difficult to move especially forward. It doesn't "hover" as advertised..
I am washing normal pavement flags. My water pressure seems fine. I'm at a loss. Any ideas?

have you verified youy have a good water flow rate - 10l/min ?
I use the dirtblaster attachment on patios/crazy-paving with an older 160bar machine, with the ball bearing in head.
don't have a surface racer - but am dubious it would have power to levitate and wash powerfully.

I just did my patio with the karcher hoover thing, upturned bucket if you will. Did a great job, apart from on some of the flag stones (indian stone) there are little bits here and there which no matter how you attack it, lance or patio bucket thing they will not come off. same with some on the wall, little black dots here and there, wont shift, even with jeyes fluid.
