I still think buying cars is becoming more of a chore as soon as you want something a bit different though i really do. And i seem to have worse luck than most.

So often this winds me up. It's so easy to show a little empathy, be reasonable and at least *appear* genuinely apologetic. 9 times out of 10, the situation is diffused, or never allowed to spiral out of control in the first place.
