its time for me to move from old s939 to something new [c2d and prefferably p35 chipset based motherboard]. Im a bit tight on budget so im lookin for some cheap [as cheap as possible;] but still overclockable mainboard. im thinking to get ABIT IP35-E becouse it seems to suit my requirements plus it dosen't have useless [for me;] stuff like firewire, raid etc .. What do you guys think of my choice ?? maybe you can recommend me something else ?

If you can get the Gigabyte P35C-DS3R for a little bit more than the IP35-E then seriously consider it.

Otherwise try to track down a Gigabyte P35-DS3. They can be had for £60 (tho sadly not at OcUK).
