Yeah I'm really happy with the new monitor.
All did was install the drivers and the little management widget followed by the profile from the review website and it just looks great, massive improvement over my old 1080 monitor,
Everything looks so much more crisp and the colours are brighter.
I've been playing BF5 (just as badly - it hasn't helped on that score) I tried the FPS preset but didn't like it will try the RTS next time I'm on but honestly the normal looks fab - I like to have all the gfx bells and whistles running and it feels nice and smooth. I'll test the freesync once I get my hands on a displayport cable as I didn't realise it wouldn't work with an hdmi

Slightly off topic but how do people monitor their fps these days.
Having been used to a 60hz vs 1089ti with the answer always being 60 I never bothered for a few years..

I reckon most folks would use AfterBurner with the OSD checked to display FPS.
